I originally purchased VGPR on 11/27/2009.
Purchased 20,000 shares @ .0338 cents per share.

Today, after reverse split, I have:
Total 66 shares with an average cost of $ 10.243 per share
Current Value: .0003 per share or a Total Value of $ 0.02 cents

Question:
Why isn't this CEO IN JAIL ?
Why hasn't the S.E.C. INVESTIGATED Vega Biofuels (VGPR) ?
What, if any, recourse do the share holders have ?
Will the Share Holders EVER WAKE UP and ask the S.E.C. ?

This is CRIMINAL ! Pure RAPE !
All PROCEEDS from Stock Sales go to LINE THE POCKETS of the CEO !
An ORGANIZED SHARE HOLDER COMPLAINT should be FILED IN MASS !
