Food for thought: Remember that the bulls were calling for NAZ 10,000 when NAZ was at it's peak. I remember it very well. CNBS even had a special on NAZ 5000 and everyone was going on about NAZ 10,000 being around the corner.

So... nobody has the monopoly in being wrong. Bulls or bears. Which means... when we hit the bottom the bears will be screaming we are going to 700 (or 50% from where we are). ...and they could easily be wrong as well...

And BTW, when NAZ hit 5000, the economy was booming and techs were posting record gains for at least 2 more quarters. So history could easily repeat itself but in reverse. Just some food for thought...
