He did state they need to start a plant but lied about the past that he says when they say they want to start a plant but taking 2 years to do so that it is a scam because there was the mention of a plant but the follow threw took to long to take effect.


This is not like they are trying to make an oragomy swan. They are tryign to get a production of a plant started. This would take time and money. Money they do not have but with the Funds From Goeargia they might get it going. I am hopign for that.
