I agree, but that was not even part of my point. The pitch that Matt violated the TOU by posting the PM is just as wrong, but in a different way, as I think posting PMs is in the first place -- at least without warning or permission.
As for why is simply, PMs are a function of Trust & Respect.
That is the one of the points -- but I suspect you meant it differently than I do.
