I would use the stop limit, these are all heavily traded stocks the likely hood of the stock not coming back after a breach during the day is low. Personally, when a stop is hit (I rarely have them "on the book", only on the NYSE and only when I am not there to watch), I look at the situation and trading and select an exit price accordingly.
