Upon further review, I

am leaning more towards a 500 or 1000/1 Tender Offer. I've become more pragmatic because Management Recruitment and Employee Stock Incentive may become an issue moving forward. What I don't want is Ken coming back and asking for this or for that. Let him factor all that in now and be done already. GLTA
