OMG…You come up with entertaining stocks!

….and profitable ones as well deserves to be mentioned.

“Special Committee”…my lazy butt is going to ask you first if you already know where/when/why/who this “Special Committee” was created by... those in control of SMOD to represent the entire company & stockholders to make such a decision to sell the company in it’s entirety? Hummm, who are these people and who placed them there that they alone at this moment can make that decide?

OK, based simply on that SMOD PR I’ve read, not read the four legal response related PRs yet, seems only reasonable that more information should be forthcoming as to whom comprised this “Special Committee”. If I were a stockholder I would want to know if it was a “Karen Singer” or a “Phillip Verges” in control of the “Special Committee”.

In any event, a great call on your part J to decide to get involved at the time that you did... “Smarty-Britches!!...
