not sure what you're inferring, and it is agreed that the wanker letter didnt have any power to quash an SFC investigation (had the SFC willed it)into the filthy dtcc, but what megas did in his response was NOT helpful, at the very least. and a Senate committee does have a LOT of power. power to bring parties in to explain - under oath - what they did or didnt do. we werent at that point yet, but even with pre-committee investigations, questions could have been asked under penalty of perjury.
perhaps, but maybe not, megas should have 'played ball' - I mean the DTCC had already claimed something EASILY re-buttable. (the T/A comment)
