He reportedly has been gone from there for years.

Ed Braniff, new president, comes from Smart Energy.
No filings for two years. Last one selling signicant number of shares. He is listed as director on their site.

Guess he is so good he ran a sinking, sunk ship prior to coming to VLXC

How come the company business license hasn't been amended to reflect change of officers? I believe it is a requiremnt.

As for your fees statement. 600,000 is approximately what is currently on the table. (Still subject to being reduced) There are no sanctions or punitive awards. If the lawyers have not been paid, guess where the fees go. If they have been paid watch to see if it becomes a company asset or it just disappears.
Even if the fees are awarded there is still the issue of collection them. I don't think the plaintiff has a viable running company to pay them.

Looks like Mohlman started a new company this year. Will PSGI become a reverse merger into the new company. For every 100 shares you own you lose maybe 99 to the new company?
