directly for anyone who wants to call them

Their word is not credible in the face of contradictory observations. If they hold the shares still... prove it! Simply just file the darn forms!

Failure to file and prove it has damaged management's credibility and the shareprice along with it. If they have held their shares this whole time, failure to file has been the WORST POSSIBLE decision for the company and shareholders! It caused them to be forced to dilute the stock into the ground for tiny fractions of a penny!

Unless of course the plan was all along to destroy the shareprice and buy it back in the cellar and take it private along with all the equity raised from shareholders...
