insiders haven't sold one share

For any new investors in Expo Holdings or any investors who have been around awhile, its important to differenciate between information about the company which is speculation and information which is posted as fact when it is nothing but speculation. The above statement posted as "fact" is an excellent example. When you read something like this about Expo Holdings you can rest assured that it comes from an entity or source with zero credibility. Without a disclaimer or acknowledgment that such a statement is 100% speculation, you can be certain that you are being misled.

The facts are simple as was pointed out earlier by another very credible assistant mod. To believe that insiders have never sold a single share, you have to believe the entire float of a normally very thinnly traded company turned over 28 times in about 65 trading days on little meaningful news and no announced material events. Odds on that? About as good as any entity publishing such misleading "factual" information as "no insider shares ever being sold" being worthy of the slightest credibility. All IMHO.
