SCOTTRADE IS SHOWING AN ASK, BUT IT IS .025 AND THE LAST SALE AT .011 NOT $23.50
TWO AND A HALF CENTS IS A LONG WAY FROM 23.50

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
