if the company were legit and could operate at a profit, they would be either a private entity or a successful public company.
If they are on the pink sheets its because they are a scam. 99.9% guaranteed. The pink sheets are for scams.
Oh and if the stock is a pink sheet scam, and it's trading for 1 hundredth of a penny, that's not good. lol!
