My best guess now that I am a bagholder is that all those who bought in subpenny are bailing out and moving on. We will have to wait for the filing for now and I do expect the SP to continue to slide. David and Company will have to produce some good, consistent growth numbers for us to move again. I believe they will but it is going to take until the end of the year for the SP to be back up to .08 - .10.

JMHO, still positive here knowing we have a good company and good management.
