IDRA’s IMO-2125 has tox problems:

IMO-2125 is a TLR9 agonist that has been positioned as a replacement for interferon, but the data were never especially convincing (#msg-61716577). Now, there appears to be even less of a reason for this drug to exist. I will move entry to the bottommost paragraph of the “HCV: Most Likely to Succeed” compilation.
