The bottom line. It all comes down to the FACT that the DTCC's stock borrow program allowed Brokers,Hedge funds , and Market Makers and anyone else who sells shares of BCIT stock without owning it or borrowing it, to happen
NO it's not the "bottom line" or any line for that matter in regards BCIT, and as long as you keep asserting that falsehood I will rebuff it..all those shares you refer to as NSS in regards BCIT were per TM's own admission "issued" shares and therefore by very nature cannot possibly be NSS...the real bottom line is we got pump n dumped, not NSS'd. If there is a problem with NSS in the U.S. markets, it is NOT related to BCIT.

No. TM already took responsiblity for the shares you call NSS and deemed them "issued" shares and made them part of the o/s, but did not nor does not appear to want to register them and would rather have this revoked.
Anybody who naked shorted BCIT needs to be worried because Justice is coming and they will be held accountible. The long arm of the law will be grabing the bad guys very soon.
You may die of old age before you understand this, but "issued" shares cannot be NSS, and those that ISSUED certs are the ones that have to worry. But as long as TM does not register those shares he covered and stays revoked, it won't be dealt with either..nor can the DTCC allow unregistered shares to trade...and it's pretty clear TM allowed this to be revoked and would rather have this revoked than deal with this.
