Nope...dirty unwashed plastics have ZERO effect on the machine...in FACT the machine doesn't even have to be stopped to clear refuse...it's extracted via a chute at the bottom so JBII can run any plastic through the machine...clean pristine plastic or dirty unwashed plastic....if anything the cost per barrel of fuel is going DOWN...not up........helps if you've been on site and see this work...as for the recycling center DEC doesn't have diddly to say about it...it's in Canada...
