I think they will capitalize today situation to make them richer than just diluting shares.

They dilute to survive without any sale in the past.
Japan incident, they see it and will do better. This is what I think and believe, and I place money here.

They cannot be this unsmart to dilute shares at this price. Recent dilution could be that they need fund to place inventory etc...

It won't take long, a month from now, we all will know. ( 4 wks )
