My review of the last two years of financial reporting indicates that the stock is totally awarded as a compensation package on a quarterly basis. The employees and officers have not put a penny of their own cash to purchase the stock. It would be counter productive for them to then sell the stock bonuses they receive since the sale of stock is the only means they have of raising funds. The more available shares on the market place would drive the per share price down. It would also be difficult selling Cgyx great future while the employees are selling their stock in the background.
