Your quarrel is with reality. Hurting YA is not going to help shareholders get their money out of this. If the courts can restrain some dilution, fine. Keeping the pps low with ridiculous "facts" and discouraging investors is just plain wrong, and I believe, illegal manipulation of stock price.
