Why are so many people in denial? Why are we still talking about a possible settlement? Eric posted on his site on Wednesday that ADSV withdrew the lawsuit! He was actually bragging on his site (he sounded victorious on his site), so why are we still denying the obvious? ADSV knew they had no case against Eric, hence they withdrew the lawsuit.
What we need to focus on is how to build ADSV as a profitable company. In this lawsuit, Erik won and ADSV lost!! No more, no less!!!
