Well when you PR something on April 6th, saying "we will announce the biggest news yet in days to come..." and it is now April 22nd it is now over 2 weeks, and nothing in between explaining delays, people are going to get frustrated. Also why would you say you will announce news in another PR? If you already have the news why wouldn't you just PR it in the same PR? If you are in the works, just say you are in the works for a deal/ contract or whatever. If you already know what you are going to PR, then there shouldn't be any delays whatsoever. By Chin saying he's going to release bigger news at the end of every PR he releases makes it look extremely more and more like a Pump and Dump to me... so far it has been.
