I worked in the Engineering Dept of a Fortune 100 corp based in NYC and as Facilities Coordinator I dealt with many contractors. The guy who owned the business that installed our new HVAC system told us a story about working for Trump...he signed a contract with Trump to install the HVAC system in Trump's flagship building and got 1/2 his money up front - when the job was complete he presented an invoice for the balance...Trump told him he didn't like the job and wasn't going to pay him and if he didn't like it then he could rip out what he installed...having no choice, this small contractor (probably a 10-20 man shop) ate the balance. THAT is how Trump deals with people!
Trump's rep is well-known among NYC contractors and unless they need the work they stay away from him.

Don't complain for what you don't have - be thankful you don't get what you deserve.
