Agilyx began working on their plastic to oil process in 2004, didn't sell any fuel until March 2009 (5 years),

From scratch-- JBI found a catalyst in...? 2006? When exactly? JBI-CAN (original) started in 2006.

and didn't get any real investment interest until this year.

Wrong depending on interpreting "real." This is Agilyx's 2nd round of funding-- 1st round appears to be what JBI has been doing all along. So in reality, JBI has yet to get "real" interest if that is what you mean.

Nonsense unless you apples-to-apples. JBI found a catalyst and modified a pyrolysis machine. Agilyx built from scratch.
