gruppy, my source has been told the truth by Herzog in 2007 for shure. Just check the news release of 2000 till 2008 and you will find several time hints by Herzog that he intents to go OTC and even AMEX. Unfortunately he talks about this now sinca whole decade and he did not even deliver one tiny trustworthy financial report within all those years.
The believers here just take every new news release to thrill themselves LOL, but they prefer to avoid any dd on the poor past of BGMO and Herzog. They even prefer to ignore those useless news release which Herzog has done in 2008 and 2009. Nothing of all those things mentioned there, ever became reality - the same story like never ever BGMO has been a fashion company with revenues. BGMO is a wonderful perpetuum mobile in deja vus.
However, don't want to repeat myself anymore, there is anyway nobody interested in in the opinion of someone who follows this strange story since many years.
However, if you read the content of several belivers here, you find out easily, that those guys must have experiences in business like a cow has experience in driving a car LOL
