Just as a note, there is no after hours trading in OTC stocks like this one. And second of all, those bid / ask numbers are what etrade is showing you, not what the MM's have on the board. They were still hanging around .094 x .96 if you use level 2. A few MM's pull their positions off entirely after closing and only come back on the bard at next opening day (with OTC stocks) but others keep their positions where they closed and only shuffle pre-market when they see orders being placed before the bell.
