Depending on what your current knowledge level or technical ability is, you can start by googling and looking for reference material that resonates at your level. You can always look for a Wiki article, but those are often incomplete, especially when dealing with cutting edge stuff that is still a buzzword.
But again that's the problem here, this thing is far from being standardized. It's still a buzzword. Aside from potential further legal issues, there are issues of interference with legacy devices etc that have to be solved in the real world. Hopefully those will be overcome in practice as some of the theories have presented.
Biggest problem still is, you or I have no way to connect to this stuff. And that will remain the case for some time, and possibly forever if it doesn't grow legs.
