Not surprisingly, you miss the point.

You, and others, ASSUME that since Herzog and other insiders own shares those shares are not in the float. How do you know that? You don't, because none of those insiders are required to file Form 4. You have no idea what the float is.

And I note you didn't even attempt to reply to my second point - why are there no buyers of this equity when the company has just announced revenues of 21 million dollars?

And please, disparaging me via PMs is classless. Why don't you deal with the merits of my points, rather than engage in private insults?
