I agree. Improving the capital structure could also mean improving your ability to raise capital and make future acquistions. That man include the ability to sell or give out shares. HNHI just raised their AS on a preliminary basis to 750,000,000 million shares for similiar reasons one might guess(wonder if Kevin will take over little brother or even buyout IHSN...)
