What could you have done if they gave us notice? It wouldn't have mattered if you were already in, you couldn't have sold it anyway.

Who would have bought any shares after telling us a RS was comming?

Getting notice only mattered to those who were on the fence about buying, not selling.

We were stuck when we bought.

That said, you never know what will happen.

It could jump up a bit at some point and let us grab something back.

Who knows?

I guess we'll see won't we...
