The court case is real, however the outcome is being pumped. It's a pump that there might be a $50 - $100 million settlement in favor of ADSV.

The swing in the PPS will be based on the actual outcome of the judgement. Everyone is waiting on the outcome.

After the news it's anyone's guess where this will go.
