The first necesary component of effective communication is a desire to express ones self effectively to an audiance that is interested enough or willing to listen!

When I first read that statement I was ready to argue that if one was not willing to listen, they would not be reading.

After a little thought, I agree with you.

I believe that "gotmilk" probably has an intelligent thought every now and then, but the way he presents them, I find them incomprehensible, and so I scroll through them. So he does not have me as an audient.(As my daughter once told me, an audience is more than one person)
