Possibly but you're entirely missing my point. Without a doubt company could have an ignorant management team...that does not make Ribotsky's manipulating the stock price legal! That is my point because it is utterly impossible to generate +16% returns in a portfolio full of PIPEs he "invested in" when the underlying stock price of those companies fall by more then 50% (in the case of Kiwa by more then 98%!) That is my point!
