you and other investors are going to get together to sue? ok. that gonna help you get your money faster......doubt it. I dont particularly like CR. Think he's a scumbbag. But lets face it, guy aint doing anything wrong if he's still walking the planet. i just think there were larger scumbags at NIR and thats kinda what happened. no fund that does what they do is doing well. kinda the same everywhere. you all invested in a hedge fund right? knew the risks right? i am sayin. same as buying stock man. it can go up or go down. if the government cant find nothin wrong. there aint nothin wrong. just my take. dont make cr a good guy. dont make him a criminal either.
