Duma > One Last thing and I gotta go
Even with conditional orders and all these beautiful
settings and planning, there is still No Way to protect
yourself from the Night Ratz other than neutral lock
or just sell prior to close. I've tried to pull that off
in AH with results no other than a "gamble".
