Let me just clarify a few points from my original posts.
Firstly i made the comment that something grave was happening. I wasn’t told this by the company but its very clear that there is, subsequent to the latest resignation
This person who i don’t want to name for obvious reasons worked closely with Jacky so you can guess in some kind of accounting capacity.
He couldn’t or wouldn’t discuss the business in general. He stated that they had not found a new CFO although they had a number of candidates and that they were still soliciting a forensic team. I would have thought that they would have covered both positions by now personally. He said that they were looking for a PR co but that was after me prompting him. Im not convinced that they are. I did probe as to why management have failed successively to update shareholders and he again stated that he couldn’t comment on the CEO’s intensions or mindset
He wouldn’t comment either on the 47 or so positions that were advertised as he had no oversight on the operational side of the company.
He also stated that although they intended to move HQ to Beijing in April that he thought it would now be May.
As i stated take it however you wish i’m just relaying what i was told.
