That makes sense if that is the reason. But don't like that you think they see STHG as unattractive. But can see why if an investor was totally focused on MF they would want that spun off.

Also could be highlighting the debt and funding issues for Stratton. MF does not seem like a business required large sums of money to get going but Stratton has funding problems so spinning it off in order to get funding for MF. Guess he doing whatever he can to give it a chance.
