Gattes could be but both sides have stated the plans. So one or the other will happen depending who wins control in court. For me its still about what I see in last 6 months. Jeff stopped more dilution that would have not stopped if he didn't take over. Then I see Joe C show up trying to gain control so QASP can continue selling shares as before Jeff stopped it.

I don't have to like Jeff but clearly truest him more then Joe and more dilution. If Jeff was same crook IMO Joe and Dean are he have just kept selling shares. Yet he didn't.
