Cheif wrong. I am choosing between stated dilution plan to dump 3.5 billion and do r/s vs merger plan. That is the choice period and I choose merger. Worse case is merger ends up as bad as dilution plan gets us. There is no chance with dilution plan we all see how that worked out before.
