"All one needs to do to prove QTN is not QBID is 1) have your broker pull QBID's 15c211 SEC filing that discloses what company trades as QBID, it is TMM, and 2) use the UBI#'s for TMM and QTN. Those numbers assigned by the WA Secretary of State will lead you to public filings for each company filed with 5 government agencies."
