What I know is every post that I paste info from public filings that proves QBID is TMM and that QTN is a legally seperate & private corporate entity are deleted.
QBID/TMM was sued as an ALIAS defendant "DBA" QTN. It is ILLEGAL for a holding co. to DBA one of its holding. So, the boards' moderator is perpetuating the same myth that CRW Partnersand QBID were, and sued for - using Oxygen's name for profit through QTN, a seperate corporate entity and front co.
