What are Brad's duties? Commenting on the company's stock doesn't seem like a duty of a Chief Business Development Officer. I hope Cal and Luci aren't setting Brad up. Notice the quote about the "no reverse split" is from him and non-registered officer of the company. IMO that way when the do RS they can blame him for the statement. Kind of like statements Towmbly and Hendricks, and,,, and ,,, said that were then dismissed after they left.
