A real deal? No this is a typical pink sheet pump. It's a letter of intent. The company has done nothing here so far. Let's see what happens in 20 days shall we?

Any quality company I know of would have WAITED until the deal was done to announce it. POS pinks don't do that. Typically the LOI are then somehow never followed through!
