Gig....I don't see Offor as thinking he was playing second fiddle by becoming a minority owner of say a PXD subsidiary. Offor excells at negotiating and achieving acreage. After all, without the land there is no oil. Let his very capably picked out oil co's do what they do best...i.e. extract the oil, and let Offor continue to negotiate further acreage. Let him also serve as the go between for any red tape type development approvals etc.....and the oil companies continue to extract. Lets see. PXD. NBL. DVN. who knows who else. Some very good thoughts were shared on RB this afternoon that put some new theories in my head.

Oh yes.....I concur (as usual) with you gig that Offor's Chrome services/oil will win many contracts in the development of this region. Why not??? It is the desire of the hosting countries for local content, and he's our leader!!! Brilliant play. The contracts for the billions of dollars it'll cost to develop the oil......then the oil itself. Win/win for Mr. Offor. Me surprised??? Nah....that's his style. Wanna bet he starts transporting the oil too???????
