Thanks phrantic, I looked on finviz also but the "institutional ownership --> desc --> recent insider buying" filter in the screener. It gives some interesting info via the column called "Inst Trans". We can see the biggest increases in institutional buying this way, I think.

But how do we know what the timeframe being used is? % increase in inst buying over what timeframe? That's important to know, but I can't tell... can you?
