Regarding INIX future:

I'm thinking that any new acquisitions (sans debt burden) should raise INIX assets and make them attractive to other financing options for further opportunities.
what do you think?

Exactly, that is what they accomplished with this acquisition, I would expect that future acquisition are done in the same manner. Issuing Restricted Shares for the Acquisitions but garnering assests for the bottom to offset the issuance of those shares.

I like the way they are going about this.
