Confirmed to have Three and an open Dredge Designer that confirmed also. There is little doubt that Dredging is Hard and Very Skilled Work. SNEY has People on the ground who can Deliver. The Ton / Values make this all the more worth it, and the increse in Tonnage Value to $8,400 should be talked about all the time, as it just doubled the revenue of this project.
