The Filings have little to do with what I am stating. A statement is more associated with fact, a claim is something open to debate. There should be no debate that SNEY has 3 dredges "on site" and Production "officially" begins in less than 5 days. Boots have already been on the ground for over three weeks, again a fact. If You choose to wait for the Financials to see the necessary lANGUAGE You require - that is fine. But, bear in mind there is nothing in those Past Financials or Current that is going to stop the Mining / Revenue. That is the Alpha and the Omega here. Real Revenue not Talk. The Dredges are set up, and are going to work. They have the ideal Equipment, Years of Expertise on the ground, and Land that is worth $8,400/ Ton per DETAILED ASSAYS - not conjecture. Once the Financials are filed the PPS will continue it's rise and have it furthered by Production. The wheels have been set in motion, filings are only ansillary to that FACT.
