ryan...check that chart again and see that two things are valid signals.one confirming the other.One is that the cloud projected shows momentum starting as evidenced by Tenkan and Kijun lines sharply rising together then cloud turns green and DR BOBS CCI blue line is rising toward zero line..a cross above the line is a very bullish signal for the time frame..even a one minute.
Reverse all I said for a bearish move.The CCI is set to show zero line crosses of EMA(62) so its a significant move when signal line is crossed.
