miler- could it be that they are setting up the big pr? Once they release the big news people will look back at previous pr's to see what's going on. Once they see insiders have been buying don't you think they are more likely to let loose of some funds to make a purchase? If these insider buys were buried in filings how many people would actually see it? Just something to think about. Best, Elder.
